DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time Social Media Manager, TikTok for DNAM Brands.
 
In this role, you will lead the TikTok strategy across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch and Ed Hardy Swim—developing trend-forward, culturally relevant content that drives brand awareness and audience growth. Working closely with Creative and Marketing teams, you will concept, create, and execute short-form video content while staying ahead of platform trends and best practices. This role requires strong creative instincts, a deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and culture, and a data-driven approach to optimizing performance.
 
The Social Media Manager, TikTok plays a key role in shaping how our brands show up on one of the fastest-growing platforms—ensuring content is engaging, authentic, and aligned with broader marketing and growth objectives.
 
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the brand’s TikTok presence, driving growth and engagement
  • Create, edit, and publish trend-forward, platform-native content
  • Develop content calendars around launches, drops, and campaigns
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and formats to keep content culturally relevant
  • Engage with the community through comments and real-time interactions

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience managing TikTok for a brand or creator
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong creative instincts and on-camera or directing experience a plus
  • Experience with short-form video editing and storytelling
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize for performance
