THE TEAM

Eventbrite’s Social Media team is a nimble group dedicated to developing online content that resonates with both event organizers and attendees. Our mission is to forge authentic connections with our audiences by telling compelling stories that stop scrolls, inspire action, and elevate the perception of Eventbrite as a leading brand.

THE ROLE

As the Social Media Manager for our B2B brand, you’ll partner across the organization to create social media content that positions Eventbrite as the best partner to help event organizers grow. In collaboration with the Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing, you’ll drive day-to-day channel management, asset concepting and execution, reporting, community management, and more. 

This part-time contract role is remote, based in the United States. 

YOU WILL 
  • Partner across the business to develop a social media calendar for Eventbrite’s B2B brand on Instagram (@eventbriteorganizers), LinkedIn, and Facebook  
  • Own day-to-day posting and community management across all B2B channels 
  • Use Canva, Figma, CapCut, and other design tools to develop original video, static, and animated assets for Eventbrite’s B2B social channels 
THE SKILLSET
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing or a related field with a focus on building B2B audiences 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • A creative thinker and content pro who knows how to make platform-optimized social media content that doesn’t look like an ad 
  • An understanding of social media analytics (Spinklr experience a plus) 
  • Community management experience and impeccable judgment around what is appropriate to post online
  • A true self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • A passion for live experiences and sharing the stories of those who create them
