THE TEAM

Eventbrite’s Social Media team is a nimble group dedicated to developing online content that resonates with both event organizers and attendees. Our mission is to forge authentic connections with our audiences by telling compelling stories that stop scrolls, inspire action, and elevate the perception of Eventbrite as a leading brand.

THE ROLE

As the Social Media Manager for the B2B side of our business, you will bring our social media strategy to life, driving content development across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook aimed at reaching, acquiring, and retaining event organizers on our platform. 

You will partner closely with internal teams including Product Marketing, Community, Brand Studio, and Executive Comms, reporting to the Head of Social Media & Influencer Marketing. This is a part-time, remote position. 

YOU WILL 
  • Partner across the business to develop a social media calendar for Eventbrite’s B2B brand on Instagram (@eventbriteorganizers) and LinkedIn 
  • Own day-to-day posting and community management across B2B channels 
  • Use Canva, Figma, CapCut, and other design tools to develop original video, static, and animated assets for Eventbrite’s B2B social channels 
  • Develop creative briefs for Eventbrite’s internal Brand Studio and outside UGC creators to fulfill additional creative needs 
  • Partner with event organizers to develop original content for Eventbrite’s channels 
THE SKILLSET
  • At least 6 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field 
  • B2B social media experience with a deep understanding of how to grow audience and engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • A creative thinker thinking who understands social media and knows how to bring content to life for each platform
  • An understanding of social media analytics and what leads to strong content performance 
  • Community management experience and impeccable judgment around what is OK to post online 
  • A passion for live experiences and the people who bring them to life 
  • Terminally online
