Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify social media trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, trends, and platform updates.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients for optimizing social media presence and campaigns.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different brand voices.
- Understanding of both B2B and B2C social media strategies and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey social media strategies and engage with online communities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing social media content.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
