The Role

We’re searching for a highly creative and community-obsessed Social Media and Community Lead to grow and energise our global creator audience. In this role, you’ll develop and execute a world-class social and community strategy that inspires creators, fosters belonging, and brings the Leonardo brand to life across platforms. You'll work closely with marketing, creative, support and product teams to craft engaging content, spotlight creators, and build programs that drive long-term loyalty and love for our brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Leonardo’s global social media presence across Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord and emerging channels to drive rapid growth on brand awareness and engagement.

  • Develop and execute a strategic community roadmap, finding ways to make Leonardo a unique community experience for creatives passionate about generative AI.

  • Manage and grow our owned community spaces, including Discord and Facebook, driving engagement, moderation, and collaboration with superfans and power users.

  • Create and publish highly original social content, that brings our story to life in a fresh, accessible and engaging way.

  • Track social and community performance metrics, using data to test, learn, and refine strategy in real time.

  • Act as the voice of the community internally, surfacing insights, feedback, and sentiment to inform product and marketing decisions.

  • Stay ahead of platform trends and internet culture, making sure Leonardo.Ai feels relevant, timely, and inspiring to creators everywhere.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years experience managing social and/or community channels in a fast-paced, creative or tech-driven environment.

  • Experiencing managing a team and proven ability to work with the community for original content

  • Deep understanding of platform mechanics (especially Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X) and what makes content resonate on each.

  • Experience building and scaling communities, including moderation, engagement programs, and feedback loops.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and visual, with a strong editorial or creative background.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple content streams and community programs.

  • Passionate about creativity, internet culture, and the future of generative AI.

  • Bonus: experience with creator or influencer marketing programs.
