The role of a APAC partner marketing manager is crucial in providing support to Atlassian GSI/LSI Partners in the APAC region. This position entails collaborating with partners to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with both Atlassian and partner goals. Close collaboration with partners and the Partner Development Team is essential for organizing and implementing initiatives aimed at boosting visibility, generating partner leads, and enhancing customer and channel connections.
- Marketing Activation: Responsible for all marketing aspects of partner activation using "To partner," "With partner," and "Through partner" marketing tactics for up to 15 regional Large System Integrators (LSI) & select Solution Partners.
- Joint Marketing Plans: Collaborate with Partner Manager and partners to develop joint marketing plans as part of the Business Plans.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with partners to plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with Atlassian's goals.
- Lead Generation: Achieve OKR lead generation targets.
- Content Creation: Work with PM, Partner, Product Marketing, and external agencies to align on messaging and create content to support GTM.
- Market Awareness: Execute targeted marketing initiatives to build market awareness and demand creation.
- Pipeline Analysis: Analyze partner marketing pipeline activities to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
- Event Management: Consult partners on event best practices, event content, and event promotion, and review event signage for branding checks
- Campaign Guidance: Provide guidance to the Partner Marketing team for campaign creation and review campaign readiness for partners
- Marketing Enablement: Collaborate with product management and SEs to create and deliver marketing enablement content, videos, and demos specific to product/solution/services
- 5 + years working in B2B and Partner Marketing
- Worked with or for Large System Integrators (LSI)s' and Strategic Alliance Partners like Lenovo, Wipro, Logicalis, & NTT
- Experience working with Government and/or Public Sector clients
- Ability to:
- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Partner across all of APAC and the Greater China Region
- Collaborate with cross-functional and external partner teams
- Showcase clear communication skills
- Think critically / problem solve / take initiative
- Prioritise and say 'no' when needed
