Launch, manage, and optimize short-form video advertising campaigns across TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and other social platforms. Develop ad copy, hooks, creative concepts, audience targeting, and A/B tests. Track campaign attribution using UTM links, analyze performance metrics, report results to stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing, creative, video, product, and operations teams while staying current on platform trends.
Overview
Corporate Tools is looking for someone who knows how to stop the scroll. We're talking short-form video, fast-moving platforms, and ads that need to do more than rack up views, they need to bring in sales and leads. You'll build campaigns, keep a close eye on platform performance, and make quick adjustments when the numbers say something isn't working or the internet decides it's onto the next big thing.
You'll need hands-on experience with platforms like TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X/Twitter Ads, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest Ads. You'll also need to know your way around UTM-tagged links so you can track where results are coming from and report on how your campaigns are performing. Google Analytics experience is helpful, basic WordPress skills are a plus, and if you can produce video content yourself, even better. Also calling Spokane, Eastern Washington, or Northern Idaho home? We'd love to have you in the mix.
Short-form moves quickly, and sitting around waiting for the perfect moment isn't really an option. If you can keep up with the trends without blindly chasing every viral moment, make smart calls based on performance, and turn a good idea into an ad that gets results, you'll fit right in with a team of digital advertising experts.

Why Work Here
The internet has the attention span of a goldfish with 37 open tabs. You've got about three seconds to make someone stop scrolling, and you want to know what makes them stay. You'll get to play in the ever-changing world of short-form ads, turn creative ideas into campaigns, and figure out which ones make people click instead of keep scrolling. If you like moving fast, trying things other people haven't, and keeping up with an internet that never sits still, this might be your kind of chaos.

- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
