Architect and implement Sitecore CMS solutions on .NET, analyze and resolve Sitecore performance issues, design content/presentation architecture, handle deployment and administration, lead data migration and client-facing delivery activities, and provide architectural recommendations for scalability and reliability.

Job Description:-
- At least 2 years of experience in architecting website implementations using Sitecore CMS
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7), Experience in version 8 is an advantage.
- Must have at least 7+ years .NET project related experience

- Presentation - specifically Web Controls
- Placeholder framework
- Rules framework
- Binding content and presentation
- Workflow engine
- Platform administration and tuning
- Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS
- Specifically for Sitecore, Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore. Client libraries. Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
- Experience with a 3rd party tools such as Coveo, TDS, and SCORE are bonuses
- Experience with MongoDB and GlassMapper is preferred
- Understand business needs and convert business requirements into a design & ability to see through the modular issues
- Ability to evaluate current state of architecture, platform and provide architectural recommendations to improve performance, scalability and reliability.
- Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
- Experienced in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills
- Strong communication and client facing skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
