Collaborate with stakeholders and provide analytical and communication support.

Design and execute test strategy for performance testing, develop workload patterns and estimations, run load tests using tools (LoadRunner/Performance Center, JMeter), analyze/report results, perform JVM heap/thread dump troubleshooting, use APM tools (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Splunk), optimize performance across components (network, DB, app server), and collaborate in a global delivery environment.
