Techno-functional Microsoft Dynamics CRM (XRM) consultant responsible for implementations, upgrades, migrations, on-premise and cloud projects, integrations, and articulating customer pain points. Works on multiple CRM versions, performs functional configuration and customization, and leverages Microsoft methodology and related infrastructure technologies.
