About the Role
Alex and Ani is seeking a detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to support the seamless execution of our eCommerce experience. This role partners cross-functionally to manage site updates, product launches, promotions, and content changes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. What You'll Do:
- Own the execution and quality assurance of product launches, SKU (Stock Keeping Units) updates, and merchandising changes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage site promotions, pricing updates, and content changes, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Maintain and coordinate the site operations calendar, aligning key launches, campaigns, and business priorities across teams.
- Execute homepage, landing page, and campaign updates to support brand, promotional, and seasonal initiatives.
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, UX/UI, and Customer Service teams to deliver a cohesive and high-performing site experience.
- Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of new site features and functionality, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor customer feedback and site performance insights to identify opportunities that improve conversion, reduce friction, and enhance engagement.
- Optimize product discoverability through effective product categorization, navigation, search, filtering, and site merchandising strategies.
- Perform comprehensive QA testing for site updates, promotions, and launches, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Analyze site performance and operational results, providing recommendations to improve workflows, customer experience, and business outcomes.
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, site merchandising, digital merchandising, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing content and site operations within eCommerce platforms using Shopify.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience coordinating with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, UX, and Technology partners.
- Familiarity with QA processes, site testing, and troubleshooting website issues.
- Experience with Figma, project management tools, and digital analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to support Eastern Time Zone business hours.
