SUMMARY

The SharePoint Analyst I provides senior-level SharePoint experience for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) customer. This is a remote position.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. 

Candidate will possess a strong proficiency in developing solutions using a suite of Microsoft products and platforms. The role requires a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Power Apps:

    • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

    • Proficiency in integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs.

    • Microsoft Power Automate:

    • Expertise in automating workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

    • Ability to design complex flows that integrate with various data sources and services.

    • Experience in managing and optimizing flow performance and troubleshooting issues.

  • Microsoft Power BI:

    • Proficiency in developing interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.

    • Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

    • Experience in connecting Power BI to various data sources and embedding reports in applications.

  • SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online:

    • Extensive experience with both SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments.

    • Ability to develop and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content management solutions.

    • Skills in SharePoint customization using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and third-party tools.

  • Microsoft InfoPath:

    • Experience in integrating InfoPath forms with SharePoint and other data sources.

  • SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Designer Workflows:

    • Strong skills in using SharePoint Designer to customize SharePoint workflows and site designs.

    • Expertise in creating and managing complex workflows using SharePoint Designer to automate business processes.

    • Ability to integrate SharePoint Designer solutions with other Microsoft and third-party services.

    • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing SharePoint Designer Workflows for improved efficiency and reliability.

Additional qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions that meet business needs.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of managing projects from conception to deployment.

  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and trends in the industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Teams

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assists in the management of customer SharePoint program.

Provides KSN administration/development; creates, maintains, and manages customer site collections as needed.

Works with process owners to ascertain their needs and suggest possible solutions.

Serves as team lead or as a contributing member of large SharePoint projects as necessary.

Gathers user requirements and designs and creates custom solutions for various teams and project sites using multiple methods.

Serves as point of contact to analyze and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

Creates external user SharePoint accounts.

Performs transition of sites to new versions of the SharePoint program.

Develops various data reports for management and staff.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $63,000 to $73,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
