Leads advanced analytics for Tribal healthcare initiatives, including data resource inventories, quality assessment, linkage analysis, predictive and prescriptive modeling, dashboards, and management reporting. Leads federal acquisition training strategy, curriculum development, delivery, modernization, and evaluation. Creates training materials, desk guides, videos, and job aids; manages LMS architecture, catalogs, records, reporting, and completion tracking; analyzes feedback and Service Desk trends; interprets acquisition policy updates; advises leadership; collaborates with policy and systems teams; oversees major training rollouts; and mentors training specialists.

Administers and enhances the Workday HCM environment, including configuration, business processes, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, security, and data validation. Supports HRIS projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support. Troubleshoots issues, evaluates Workday releases, performs testing, maintains documentation, and partners with HR stakeholders on system improvements. Provides user acceptance testing, training, and end-user support while supporting areas such as absence management, time tracking, and payroll.

Engineer, deploy, maintain and optimize the organization's Splunk SIEM environment. Integrate data sources, develop apps/reports/alerts/dashboards, perform performance tuning, manage Linux on-prem servers, mentor Tier II staff, lead technical design, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure Splunk Enterprise Security and RBA/CIM compliance for large-scale enterprise deployments.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.

Coordinate secure transport, handling, and accountability of classified and sensitive materials; maintain chain-of-custody and operational documentation; manage routing, dispatch, tracking, and reporting; interface with Government and security stakeholders; support operational planning, inventory and GFE accountability; respond to surge or contingency operations while ensuring compliance with security and transportation procedures.
