• Should have basic knowledge on Standard Salesforce Quoting life Cycle and Introduction to APTTUS CPQ Process.
• Salesforce Certification DEV 401 and ADM 201

• Strong Knowledge on OWD, Certificate Key Management and Remote Site Settings.
• Security Sharing and Setting
• Workflow, Approval Process
• Validation rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Field Set, Permission Set
• Maintaining User Matrix on Roles and Profiles across the Organization.
• Custom Object, Fields and familiar with Standard Objects like Account, Opportunity, Cases, Knowledge, Solution, Reports and Dashboards
