Seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with the Client Business to administer and enhance Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will work with all areas of the organization ensuring that we maximize the efficiency and benefits of Salesforce. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.
Primary Responsibilities
· Respond and resolve inbound user case requests. Identify and rectify day-to-day data quality issues within the operational processes. Identify trends and suggest long term solutions
· Executing configuration changes. manage the development, test and QA sandboxes.
· Suggest and implement Best Practices in regards to usage/customization of the standard objects (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunities, Campaigns)
· Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and formulas, validation rules and custom workflow, triggers, alerts, automated email responses, etc.
· Maintain user roles, security levels and profiles. Conduct security/configuration audits.
· Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
· Bulk import of data
· Performing new release evaluations and rollout of new functionality
· Maintaining updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.
· Support the marketing automation platform
· Performs site related duties as assigned
