Job Summary & Responsibilities

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, leadership experience preferred 
  • Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business object. 
  • A deep understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle. 
  • Proven track record in successfully working with Fortune 500 clients. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. 
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems in a group setting. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and business visualization skills

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $117,600 to $147,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing? 

As a Services Solution Architect within the Automation and Agentic Operations Solutions Practice, you'll hold responsibility for providing leadership while solutioning opportunities for complex and strategic automation programs. You will identify, shape, and close new business opportunities by leveraging competitive intelligence, business requirements, cost estimates, and solution options across business and technology services and industries. Automation solutions will range from strategy to implementation and integrate across multi-domains such as Cloud, Security, Digital and more. 

You'll lead teams in developing a competitive and compelling business case for our clients, designing and executing the competitive solution strategy while mitigating risks and articulating the value of the WWT services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Solutioning & Collaboration 

  • Own the technical and solutioning work for automation pursuits, working directly with sales and clients to define use cases, scope automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into clear solution architectures and proposals 
  • Lead client-facing discovery and solution design during sales cycles, validating data sources, technical feasibility, delivery approach, and value assumptions to ensure solutions are realistic, differentiated, and aligned to client priorities 
  • Qualify and drive automation opportunities forward, assessing fit, complexity, value potential, and delivery readiness while maintaining accountability for progression, decision points, and handoff into execution 

Team Support & Coaching 

  • Serve as the central owner of opportunity governance, maintaining consistency in how opportunities are evaluated, shaped, and advanced across the team. 
  • Support fellow Solution Architects by sharing best practices and providing deal guidance to strengthen solution quality. 
  • Foster collaboration across sales and delivery teams, reinforcing a disciplined and scalable approach to automation opportunities. 

Delivery Alignment 

  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to align expansion strategy, scope, and sequencing, ensuring opportunities are positioned for successful execution and follow-on growth 
  • Create and maintain pursuit-to-delivery artifacts as needed, including solution overviews, scope definitions, and procedural documentation to support clean handoff and consistent execution 

Continuous Learning 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new tools, technologies, and processes. 
  • Maintain required level of knowledge on company-offered solutions including the completion of assigned courses and relevant certification exams when applicable. 
  • Serves as a resource for the team on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices.
