ServiceNow Solution Architect

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of ServiceNow solutions for Solventum Health Information System. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform's capabilities and its integration with third-party technologies. The candidate must have experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong communication, presentation, and writing skills to engage with stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

  • Create detailed technical designs that align with short—and long-term needs and effectively leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integration with third-party technologies.

  • Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

  • Ensure that the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow follows industry best practices.

  • The ServiceNow Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the platform's health.

  • Participate in configuring new applications or suites during planning, requirement gathering, design, development, documentation, and rollout phases while ensuring product users understand and adhere to systems security policies and procedures.

  • Serves as Subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform responsible for the overarching technical oversight, architecture, and construction efforts.

  • Serves as an Advocate for the ServiceNow platform, utilizing best solution design and architecture practices.

  • Working with engineers, developers, and platform owners to set the platform's technical direction and strategic objectives.

  • Develops effective governance, oversees technical resources, mitigates risk, monitors quality, security, etc., and ensures success in executing these areas.

  • Advance security measures to meet evolving compliance requirements, implementing robust protocols to maintain secure environments.

  • Remain up-to-date on the latest advancements in ServiceNow, continually enhancing your expertise to provide state-of-the-art solutions.

  • Serve as overall ServiceNow Program manager.

  • Delivery enhanced the system value of the ServiceNow platform by leveraging AI technology.   

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.

  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow platform and with integrated third-party technologies.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages and designing complex solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good understanding of ITIL v3v4 processes

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Hands-on experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow applications.

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.

  • Certified Technical Architect and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

  • Can work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and delivery teams on implementations and remote services

  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Certified PMP

Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: May include up to 10% travel
Relocation: is not approved

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
