The Service Account Manager will engage with customers to enhance their travel risk management using Everbridge's software, providing support, training, and relationship management.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Account Manager with a focus on Travel Risk Management (TRM) to join our team at Everbridge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers effectively utilize Everbridge’s Travel Protector and Critical Event Management (CEM) software to enhance their travel risk management strategies.
What you'll do:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their travel risk management needs and ensure they are leveraging Everbridge’s solutions effectively.
- · TRM Expertise: Provide expert guidance on travel risk management best practices and how to integrate these into the use of Everbridge’s software.
- · Software Utilization: Assist customers in the setup, configuration, and optimization of Everbridge’s Travel Protector and CEM software.
- · Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers to ensure they are proficient in using the software.
- · Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to enhance software features and functionality.
- · Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- · Incident Response: Support customers during critical events by providing timely
- and effective solutions using Everbridge’s software.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $84,000 - $120,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
