Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Wholesale Specialist to lead and manage our wholesale operations, focusing on driving sales, optimizing processes, and building strategic relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of e-commerce and wholesale dynamics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business development (BD) channels, building the company’s presence in untapped markets and expanding the wholesale network.

  • Manage and expand the wholesale client portfolio by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Manage and grow relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals.

  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

  • Analyze wholesale sales data, trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions for wholesale channels.

  • Oversee order management, fulfillment, and logistics for wholesale accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and partnership terms with wholesale clients.

  • Support onboarding and training of new wholesale clients.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively adjust wholesale strategies.

  • Report on wholesale performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend improvements.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or e-commerce account management.

  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations, with resources and best practices ready to be shared.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, or CRM systems.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Experience in the consumer goods industry (e.g., beauty, food, fashion).

  • Familiarity with wholesale and distribution channels.
