The Senior Specialist, Wholesale Accounts is responsible for designing and delivering exceptional service experiences to their assigned Sales personnel and accounts. This role is critical in developing and supporting the rapid growth of our Green Grass and Specialty Wholesale channel. This person must be service-minded and work well cross-functionally to manage sales orders, product personalization workflows, customer inquiries, and corresponding processes. The position requires the ability to produce best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, cross-functional, and highly collaborative environment. This individual will report to the Manger of Customer Service and directly contribute to the successful completion of key business goals.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers best-in-class service experiences and interactions to Sales Representatives and customers.
  • Manages the flow of internal service requests focused on sales orders, adjustments, returns, and credits.
  • Plays a critical role supporting and monitoring team responsibilities and service level agreements.
  • Serves as the main contact and subject matter expertise for IT testing and development.
  • Leads advanced order processes, including internal corporate orders, uniforms, samples and promotional.
  • Partners with the Sales and Sales Operations to support the success of sales programs and initiatives.
  • Works cross-functionally with Accounting, Embroidery, and Distribution teams to manage order workflows and service level agreements.  
  • Oversees the general flow of sales orders including entry, artwork approvals and customer holds.  
  • Develops close working relationships directly with assigned accounts for internal order and service needs. 
  • Provides event support for certain golf tournaments, corporate gifting and company events.
  • Supports the Order Management and Planning teams to ensure on-time delivery performance.
  • Participates in critical go-to-market meetings, seasonal launch events, and outings.
  • Develops incremental sales opportunities through select outbound sales and service calls.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced operating within an enterprise resource planning software, Oracle preferred.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience related to wholesale customer service required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
  • 10%-15% travel may be required.

TaylorMade/Sun Day Red is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00 per hour. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
