Veracode is seeking a Senior Website Manager to own the strategy, governance, performance, and ongoing evolution of Veracode.com. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and working closely with the Creative Director, this role will lead the website roadmap, improve operational excellence, and turn business priorities into high-performing digital experiences that increase traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

You will own the web roadmap, lead the migration from WordPress to Webflow through launch and partner with marketing, creative, demand generation, operations, IT, and agency teams to translate business needs into scalable website experiences. You will oversee site infrastructure, reusable templates, page builds, campaign support, content publishing, and continuous optimization for speed, security, accessibility, SEO, GEO, and user experience.

The Senior Website Manager will improve the full digital journey, from organic discovery and campaign landing pages to content engagement, form conversion, personalization, and post-click experiences aligned to priority personas.

This role balances strategic ownership with hands-on execution. The Senior Website Manager should be comfortable setting priorities, managing stakeholders, improving governance, and jumping into the details of site updates, QA, analytics, campaign launches, and CMS operations when needed. This is a hands-on role. The manager will build and edit pages in Webflow, troubleshoot tracking and form issues, and review agency work in the code and configuration, not just in screenshots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migration Ownership — Take ownership of Veracode’s in-flight migration from WordPress to Webflow and drive it through launch and post launch stabilization. Align stakeholders, leadership, and agency partners on scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. Validate and lead work on content and URL audits, redirect mapping, SEO/GEO/AEO preservation, analytics, integration testing and launch planning.
  • Day-to-Day Site Management — Manage daily website operations, intake, prioritization, page updates, QA, publishing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder requests while maintaining high standards for accuracy, usability, performance, and brand consistency.
  • Data and Analytics — Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, dashboards, and campaign data to monitor traffic, behavior, conversions, attribution, and funnel performance, then translate insights into optimization priorities.
  • Content Governance and Quality Control — Maintain site content standards, taxonomy, metadata, redirects, page ownership, review cycles, archival processes, and content hygiene so the website stays accurate, discoverable, compliant, and easy to maintain.
  • Strategic Roadmap and Vision — Architect and execute web strategies that incorporate AI-enabled personalization, SEO, GEO, campaign performance, content experience, and conversion optimization to drive traffic, engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Design Strategy & Governance — Lead visual and UX evolution, ensuring designs align with brand identity; manage scalable design systems, wireframes/prototypes (e.g., Figma), and trends like micro-interactions, organic layouts, and performance-driven creativity. Own the translation of Figma designs into Webflow components and templates.
  • Conversion-First UX & AI-Enhanced Personalization — Direct user journeys for high-stakes pages; implement AI-driven adaptive experiences and A/B testing to optimize funnels.
  • Privacy, Consent, Accessibility and Compliance — Partner with legal, security, and marketing operations to manage cookie consent, privacy requirements, data collection standards, accessibility, and compliance needs across website experiences. As a security company, our site is held to a high bar for security hygiene, accessibility and privacy.
  • Performance Optimization — Use Core Web Vitals monitoring, A/B and multivariate testing, heatmaps, and performance insights to balance rich visual experiences with site speed and continuously improve funnel performance.
  • Reporting and Executive Visibility — Establish recurring website performance reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations that connect website activity to pipeline, campaign impact, SEO performance, conversion trends, and business priorities.
  • SEO, GEO and Growth Management — Lead technical SEO, GEO, keyword strategy, and content performance to improve organic visibility across traditional and generative search experiences.
  • Technical Oversight — Manage Webflow, WordPress, or similar enterprise CMS environments, and coordinate with IT and development teams on infrastructure, security, bugs, integrations, and new features. Manage WordPress through sunset and Webflow as the long-term platform, including CMS structure, permissions, hosting, and custom code.
  • Website Release Management and QA — Own launch readiness for new pages, templates, campaigns, integrations, and site changes, including requirements intake, testing, stakeholder approvals, rollback planning, documentation, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership — Partner with marketing, creative, product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, IT, sales, agencies, and vendors to gather requirements, align priorities, manage dependencies, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver website initiatives on time.
  • Vendor and Agency Partnership — Act as the primary liaison for web development partners and agencies. Scope projects, manage timelines and deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure external teams align with Veracode standards, brand guidelines, accessibility expectations, and strategic objectives. Hold agencies accountable to defined acceptance criteria and evaluate their technical work independently.
  • Marketing Automation Integration — Work with marketing ops to ensure seamless ties with Marketo forms, lead capture, and CRM (Salesforce).
  • This role gathers business, technical, design, campaign, and content requirements to deliver high-performing website experiences. You will administer infrastructure, manage CMS operations, build scalable templates and interactive experiences, publish content, improve governance, and continuously optimize site performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years in web management, digital marketing, or web program management, with strong emphasis on strategy, design oversight, and growth.
  • Experience leading a full CMS migration for a large B2B site (hundreds of pages or more), including redirect mapping, SEO preservation, and tracking validation.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategies, SEO and GEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and CRO (A/B testing, heatmaps like Hotjar).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL; frontend literacy (e.g., CSS Grid/Flexbox, animations).
  • Familiarity with website security, ADA/WCAG compliance (accessibility-first design), performance optimization, and 2026 trends like AI personalization and immersive interactivity.
  • Proven project management skills (e.g., Jira, Asana); experience managing agencies, vendors, in-house teams (development/design).
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to present performance, design, and growth reports to executives.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration expertise.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce form/CRM integrations.
  • Webflow Enterprise experience is a plus.
Examples of A/B Testing Strategies This Role Might Lead
  • Headline/CTA variations on landing pages to boost conversions (e.g., testing benefit-focused vs. feature-focused copy).
  • Layout changes (e.g., grid vs. organic/asymmetric) or visual elements (e.g., hero images/videos, micro-animations) for engagement/time-on-page.
  • Form optimization (e.g., multi-step vs. single-page) or personalization (e.g., AI-segmented content) for lead capture.
  • Button colors/sizes/text or navigation tweaks to improve click-through and funnel progression.

The total compensation package includes an anticipated base salary range of $125,000–$140,000, along with comprehensive benefits. The base salary offered to the selected candidate, including the candidate’s position within the salary range, will be determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and other business considerations. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
