About the Role:

The Sr. Manager, Webinar and Events will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact webinar strategy to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer education. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in planning, promoting, and optimizing webinar programs to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

In addition to webinars, this role will support Matterports presence at key trade shows and industry events, ensuring a seamless integration of virtual and in-person engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver compelling webinar content and event experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive webinar marketing strategy to support business growth and brand awareness.

  • Manage end-to-end webinar production, including content planning, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and post-event analysis.

  • Leverage analytics to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI for webinar initiatives.

  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to drive attendance and maximize reach.

  • Support Matterport’s presence at trade shows and industry events, ensuring brand consistency and engagement opportunities through speaking engagements, live demonstrations, and lead capture.

  • Collaborate with event and sales teams to align webinar and trade show strategies with broader marketing goals.

  • Continuously refine webinar and event formats, messaging, and content to align with company objectives and audience needs.

  • Ensure seamless execution of webinars and event-related initiatives, including live management and troubleshooting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • A data-driven marketer with at least 9+ years in webinar execution, event marketing, and digital engagement strategies.

  • Experienced in managing multiple webinar programs and optimizing for audience engagement.

  • Skilled at coordinating trade show presence, including booth management, speaker engagements, and lead-generation efforts.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Proficient with webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, event management software, and analytics platforms.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and brand-building.

  • Exceptional project management skills are required.
