Who You’ll be Working With

We’re looking for someone with exceptional visual design skills and a strong brand sensibility to join our Brand Design team, the creative engine behind all of Codal’s marketing design. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing specialists, designers, developers and stakeholders to lead the evolution of Codal’s marketing website and landing page design efforts, and help evolve how our site communicates value to prospective customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Complete ownership of codal.com experience, information architecture, and conversion optimization
  • Design and implement continuous improvements based on analytics, user behavior, and business objectives
  • Create seamless user journeys for multiple audience segments: enterprise buyers, technical evaluators, and talent acquisition
  • Establish and maintain design systems that scale across all digital properties
  • Design landing pages that support growth campaigns and bring our brand storytelling to life.
  • Use data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance metrics to iterate and optimize design solutions.
  • Analyze customer behavior across channels and touchpoints to identify and propose improvements.
  • Own the marketing site experience, ensuring it clearly communicates our value proposition, drives conversions, and reflects our brand identity.
  • Create and optimize responsive, high-performance layouts for a wide range of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive team and branding leader on positioning strategy and how it manifests in digital experiences
  • Partner with business development to create industry-specific landing pages and campaign microsites
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation across all devices.
  • Continuously audit and improve existing pages using insights from data, user feedback, and design best practices.
What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements) 
  • 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated ownership of high-traffic B2B or enterprise websites
  • Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking alongside exceptional visual craft we want to see how you've influenced business outcomes through design
  • Proven experience in B2B/enterprise contexts where you've designed for technical audiences and complex decision-making processes
  • Track record of conversion optimization with measurable improvements to key business metrics
  • Experience with design systems and creating scalable component libraries
  • Deep understanding of web fundamentals, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
