An ambitious and independent stealth SaaS company incubated by Home Organizers, a market leader with decades of proven success in designing and delivering exceptional, innovative home organization solutions through its subsidiaries Closet World, Closets by Design, Brio Water Technology, and others. Backed by their deep industry experience and a commitment to be Home Organizer’s critical SaaS provider for its 6000+ employees, our team is building innovative solutions to solve universal problems that most businesses face — yet are not addressed by a single, unified tool.

Our mission is to transform the entrepreneurial experience and deliver operational excellence for businesses across the world through a unified platform supercharged with proprietary AI agents. We want to unleash the creativity of billions and inspire the world to dream big and build fast. We’re a rapidly growing team of forward-thinking and, most importantly, committed builders. We are driven by the opportunity to push boundaries, reimagine the foundations of human work, and shape tools that power the next generation of “business operations.” The way the world views and does business is changing, and we are committed to leading this change responsibly.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer with strong UX expertise to help design a professional grade design and service tool for interior designers, managers, and installers that blends intuitive creativity with technical precision. The experience should feel modern, clean, and powerful without the complexity of traditional CAD, CRM, or project management systems.

What you'll do

  • User Experience
  • Define scalable information architecture, sitemaps and navigation for complex, tool heavy environments across iOS and web
  • Ensure discoverability of advanced functionality while minimizing cognitive load
  • Design end to end flows from creation to collaboration and release
  • Define states, variants, and interaction behaviors
  • Define edge cases, system states, and AI intervention points
  • Design non-intrusive AI assistance patterns, contextual tools and panels
  • Maintain user control while accelerating creative output

High Fidelity UI and Design Systems

  • Work within our scalable design library
  • Balance visual clarity with performance considerations
  • Produce pixel precise UI designs

Engineering Handoff and Documentation

  • Deliver highly detailed annotated design files with minimal ambiguity
  • Document interaction logic, animation timing, and conditional behaviors
  • Specify accessibility and performance considerations
  • Align closely with engineering on implementation feasibility

User Testing and Iteration

  • Conduct usability testing with professionals
  • Evaluate task efficiency and error frequency
  • Iterate based on structured feedback
  • Continuously refine complex workflows for clarity and speed

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in product design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, professional grade software
  • Proficiency in Figma and component based design systems
  • Comfortable designing precision driven, multi layered interfaces
  • Detail oriented with strong systems thinking
  • Technically curious and collaborative, clear and pro-active communicator
  • AI agent experience, generative workflow, 3D tool design is a plus

Why Join Us

You will help define a category shaping platform at the intersection of AI, 3D design, and business operations. This is an opportunity to design foundational systems that empower professionals to build faster, collaborate smarter, and operate at a higher level of precision.

If you are excited about complex systems, 3D environments, and AI enhanced creativity, we would love to speak with you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
