As a Senior Technology Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and positioning audit-focused solution demonstrations that address customer compliance, risk, and governance needs. They translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical architectures, delivering compelling demos, proposals, and proof-of-concepts. This role also collaborates closely with product and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry standards while driving successful deal outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Using your Audit and Tax experience, present tailored, knowledgeable, professional, and engaging product demonstrations to varied audiences and in multiple formats including webinars, individual remote meetings and in-person meetings

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of CCH core and ancillary products as applicable by role

• Develop and expand knowledge of CCH and competitors’ products with a focus on clearly articulating and understanding the customer value gained from CCH solutions

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to gather and analyze Critical Business Issues (CBIs) to deliver tailored and knowledgeable product demonstrations

• Deliver a concise message which enables the customer to easily envision using CCH solutions in their complex business

• Identify opportunities to proactively introduce additional products when communicating with customers to expand their use of CCH solutions

• Collaborate with sales and senior solution architects to understand customer needs and help align product capabilities.

• Basic understanding of APIs and similar integration technologies.

• Basic understanding of AI (Generative, Agentic, etc.) and how these technologies are used with CCH Products.

• Set up, manage, and maintain “demo-ready” environments for core WK solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation and CRM (Salesforce) entries.

• Shadow experienced team members during customer meetings, gaining exposure to solution delivery best practices.

• Respond to product inquiries, pricing questions, and technical requests using approved knowledge base content.

• Continuously develop product and industry knowledge through structured training, self-study, and active participation in team sessions.

• Ensure completion of internal administrative tasks including demo scheduling, CRM notes, and coordination of follow-up items.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address straightforward technical challenges.

· Audit & Tax Solution Knowledge: Strong understanding of audit and tax workflows, client needs, and how solutions support compliance and efficiency.

· Client Engagement: Ability to build trust with stakeholders and guide conversations around business challenges and outcomes.

· Clear Documentation: Skilled at creating straightforward, client-friendly materials and demo walkthroughs.

· Practical Problem-Solving: Able to identify client pain points and demonstrate relevant, real-world solutions.

· Effective Communication: Confident presenter who can translate complex concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.

· Collaboration & Support: Works closely with sales, product, and client teams to deliver cohesive demo experiences.

· Business Insight: Uses data and client context to highlight value and demonstrate impact during presentations.

· Demo Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using demo environments and tools to showcase audit and tax solutions in a clear, engaging way.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years experience in tax/accounting or software support role.

• Product Technical Expertise: Understands features of core products and learns competitive positioning.

• Solution Demonstration & Value Communication: Supports demonstration efforts with guidance.

• Customer Engagement & Influence: Participates in meetings to observe customer needs and responses.

• Sales Enablement & Deal Support: Provides basic support in deal execution and tracks action items.

• Market & Industry Expertise: Has foundational awareness of accounting industry needs and WK’s role.

• Collaboration & Leadership: Works under close guidance, contributes to team knowledge sharing.

• Tools, Data, & Process Enablement: Learns to use internal tools (Salesforce, Teams, demo systems); documents processes.

Compensation:

$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
