About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer to support our recruitment efforts and help us attract top technical talent, particularly in Product Engineering and Machine Learning. The Senior Technical Sourcer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing the beginning of the candidate lifecycle, and building strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. This position requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and may involve sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles. This role is an IC role, but as a lead we are looking for a strategic person who can both execute and manage up to leadership.
You will:
Play a vital role in scaling our organization
Implement and scale sourcing processes for all roles — from entry level engineers though senior leadership roles (technical to nontechnical roles)
Support or lead projects including interview training, employment branding, culture assessments, offers, benchmarking, etc.
Constantly evaluate external trends and tools and identify opportunities to promote creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies.
Provide regular reporting and insights on sourcing metrics and performance to key stakeholders, including the leadership team.
Support people operations projects and initiatives from the people operations org
Be a vital partner for senior leadership and have influence on the growth of the organization
Work collaboratively across San Francisco team and South Korean team (be comfortable with meetings until 6pm PST)
You may be a good fit if you have:
5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent
Designed, built and rolled out sourcing processes and are excited about scaling. 25 hires in six months doesn’t scare you
Be data-driven and digitally savvy, with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced scaling environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
An interest in establishing equitable recruiting processes and a desire to go the extra mile to recruit non-traditional candidates
Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, and data-driven decisions and solutions
Desired Experience:
Proven experience leading or managing sourcing and recruiting functions, with a focus on building scalable strategies and high-performing teams
Strong track record of partnering closely with executive leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with business goals
Collaborated cross-functionally with People/HR teams to support and drive key organizational initiatives, including DEI, employer branding, and workforce planning
