Position Summary
The Senior Technical Project Manager leads highly complex, enterprise-level technical projects for DAS Health’s top healthcare and senior care clients. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings advanced project management expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to successfully manage multiple high-stakes projects in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
  • Own the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority, complex technical projects for enterprise healthcare and senior care clients.
  • Manage internal and external project teams to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Lead project meetings and own all project-related communications, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between project teams and stakeholders, translating technical requirements and ensuring alignment across groups.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder communication at all levels, including technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Consistently follow PMO standard operating procedures to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers by providing technical insight and project management guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Project and/or IT certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CompTIA, or ITIL strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management supporting enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven experience delivering complex MSP, Cloud, and Cyber projects on time and within budget, including onboardings, migrations, and offboardings.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive results across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare clients and cross-functional internal partners.
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities with the flexibility to re-prioritize as needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira; ConnectWise experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
