The Senior Technical Project Manager oversees technical projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and IT teams. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and reporting to senior leadership.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives from planning through execution. This role partners closely with engineering, product, IT, and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, create timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements.
- Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines.
- Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations.
- Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices.
- Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in a software, health tech, SaaS, or related environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and project lifecycle.
- Experience working in fast paced environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or enterprise SaaS).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
- Prior exposure to data privacy or information security considerations as part of project delivery.
