The Senior Technical Project Manager coordinates projects, engages with engineering and data science teams, and manages project documentation and performance to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for precise execution of
multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
within budget.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
and long-term goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff
members.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to design technical solutions for new
feature development.
Engage with the Data Science team to train intelligent document processing AI models
tailored to specific customer requirements.
Support the Customer Success team in maintaining production environment health and
stability.
Telecommuting Allowed
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics or related field, plus two (2) years
experience in technical integrations, particularly with Salesforce. Experience must include 2
years of systems design and Data Analysis. Must have demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure,
GCP and Data Visualization. Experience may be gained concurrently.
