We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Developer Programs Technical Project Management team. What you'll be doing:
Leading multiple complex software development and process improvement projects simultaneously
Initiating continuous improvement in project processes and standard methodologies
Demonstrating persistence and influence in navigating intricate collaborator relationships
Guiding collaborators through ambiguous situations, assisting them in defining their objectives, crafting strategic alignment, and developing project plans to achieve them
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
8+ years of demonstrated experience defining and leading projects for technical audiences
Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle, including tools such as Jira
A proactive self-starter with an ability to balance multiple tasks effectively and adapt to shifting priorities, possessing a high degree of ambiguity
A confident leader who is comfortable bringing to bear cross-organizational relationships to drive prioritization and execution of goals
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a curiosity about asking clarifying questions
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
History of successfully leading complex projects for culturally, geographically, and functionally diverse teams
PMP, Scrum Master, or other project/program management certifications
Familiarity with the NVIDIA Developer Ecosystem, including our programs, products, and partners
Foundational understanding of GitLab functionality, major cloud computing platforms, and use cases for large language models

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
