What you'll be doing

  • Lead through influence to plan and deliver the outcomes defined by the partner agreement and related statements of work (SOWs).
  • Manage the overall relationship with the partner and ensure mutual alignment with respect to goals, priorities, outcomes, and dates.
  • Communicate the health and needs of the relationship to leadership and collaborators within Unity. Ensure the outcomes demonstrate value to both Unity and the partner.
  • Leverage leadership and influencers to resolve challenges beyond the scope of the working team.
  • Ensure the right level of conversations are happening between the companies to further develop the relationship and business value.

What we're looking for

  • Excel at navigating large tech corporations to ensure cross company alignment and approvals.
  • Technical and business acumen to ask probing questions, understand challenges and risks, and translate from technical language to business impact.
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, risk mitigations, and managing difficult situations and decisions.
  • Deep experience with complex program management

You might also have

  • Experience working in Unity’s developer ecosystem and awareness of the processes and tools required to create and publish a game.
  • Familiarity with software development agreements, contracts, and statements of work (SOW) documents.
