Maxana is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our client on a 3-6 month contract. Our client is one of the world's largest solutions integrators in the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for cutting-edge applications across our numerous industries, You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new features and enhancements to life, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our users and clients.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, providing insights that drive strategic prioritization and decision-making. You will play a crucial role in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while fostering collaboration across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform feature development and product enhancements
  • Translate technical requirements and business needs into clear user stories and specifications
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features
  • Integration of web applications, especially microsoft oriented apps
  • Lead out integration and implementation of web applications
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or healthcare/financial services sectors.
  • Technical background with strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Understanding of web application architecture
  • Proficiency in creating formal product specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver successful software products.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
