We seek an experienced Senior Systems Automation Engineer/ Architect with the ability to lead the design and implementation of innovative automation security products, with a focus on automation of SaaS operation and product release workflow with AI tools.
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Develop and maintain workflow management frameworks to facilitate effective low-code automation processes.
- System integration, communicating with stakeholders, and defining the solutions needed to implement business strategies and processes.
- Develop and maintain big data platforms and infrastructure management frameworks to improve stability, scalability and observability of products with automation.
- Actively participate in customer activities to understand customer needs, product issues and investigate challenging issues to help improve product quality.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop seamless integration of automation solutions with 3rd party integrations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in low-code platforms and automation technologies. the design and implementation of innovative automation security products, with a focus on optimizing efficiency security operation workflow.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with big data platform design, implementation and management.
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps principles, and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience with micro-service technologies, including docker, Kubernetes, helm charts, etc.
- Hands-on experience with IAC development.
- Hands on experience with cloud services in AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP.
- Strong foundational knowledge in workflow management and implementation techniques.
- Strong programming skills with ability to quickly learn new programming languages as well.
- Strong experience with engineering with AI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing low-code automation products is a plus.
- Experience with Airflow, n8n, Node-Red, Huginn, Beehive, Conductor, Temporal, IFTTT, Zapier, etc will be a plus.
- Cybersecurity industry experience or strong understanding of threat models, compliance (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP), and secure infrastructure design will be a plus.
- Experience with service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) or zero-trust architectures will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Vault, KMS, OPA/Gatekeeper, or other policy-as-code tools will be a plus.
- Prior experience supporting production systems at scale (SaaS, cloud-native environments) is a plus.
