CoreWeave's Construction team designs and delivers the mission-critical data centers that power the world's most demanding AI and GPU compute workloads. Our field organization owns the full lifecycle of a project — from preconstruction planning through commissioning and turnover — moving at hyperscale speed without cutting corners on safety or quality.
About the role:As a Self Development Superintendent, Senior, you'll operate with greater independence across an active data center construction project, owning multiple work areas or a full building system while continuing to build toward Senior Superintendent scope. Day to day, you'll direct subcontractor and field personnel, contribute to schedule sequencing decisions, and coordinate directly with the commissioning team on Level 4–5 activities. You'll also begin mentoring junior field staff, modeling the safety and quality standards CoreWeave expects on every site. This role sits at the more senior end of our Self Development track, with a clear path to Senior Superintendent.

- Contribute to schedule sequencing decisions and constructability input during preconstruction.
- Confirm subcontractor work and materials comply with contract documents and quality specifications across owned scopes.
- Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractor representatives for owned work areas.
- Support project closeout, including settling financial obligations, demobilizing resources, and transitioning completed scopes.
- Actively support Level 4–5 commissioning activities and coordinate directly with the commissioning team.
- Begin mentoring junior field staff and self-development-track superintendents.
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent field experience.
- 4+ years of construction field experience, including 2+ years in an assistant superintendent or superintendent-track role.
- Direct experience on mission-critical or data center construction projects.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences (Level 3–5), and data center quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work areas or trade packages.
- Proficiency with standard PC and business communication tools, including scheduling/project management software.
Preferred:
- Direct coordination experience on Level 4–5 commissioning activities.
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior field staff.
