The Senior Staff Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, supporting month-end/year-end closes, and performing variance analysis.

A company is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting with a focus on cost accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform variance analysis and assist with audits
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash activity
- Track commissions and support reporting for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of GAAP
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred
