- Maintain and manage general ledger activity across multiple entities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and adjustments
- Perform monthly bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reporting packages
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Support accounts payable and expense coding accuracy
- Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation (PBC schedules)
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to resolve accounting issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies
- Active CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Industry and/or public accounting background welcome
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Experience supporting audits and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, analysis)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, or similar preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Stable, growth-oriented organization with strong leadership
- High visibility and direct partnership with finance leadership
- Broad accounting exposure across a complex, multi-location business
