JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX launched a new subscription streaming service that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service. Our team is focused on delivering strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, acquisition, and sustained growth. We work closely across all FOX business units and internal teams within marketing, editorial, product and business intelligence to support this effort.  

FOX is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing to support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives for FOX One. This role will be responsible for building, launching, QA'ing, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other owned channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and passionate about delivering flawless customer experiences. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with broader business goals.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Build, Execution & QA

  • Build, launch, and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, content cards, and emerging channels using Braze.

  • Perform comprehensive QA for all campaigns, including audience targeting, personalization logic, dynamic content, rendering, links, deep links, tracking parameters, suppressions, and delivery settings.

  • Validate campaign functionality across devices, operating systems, email clients, and app experiences prior to launch.

  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of scheduled communications.

  • Identify and communicate campaign risks, platform issues, or delivery concerns before launch.

Customer Journey Management

  • Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback journeys through campaign setup and execution.

  • Build and maintain automated customer journeys using behavioral triggers, audience segmentation, and personalization logic.

  • Assist with implementing lifecycle strategies developed by senior team members and cross-functional partners.

Audience Segmentation & Personalization

  • Create and manage audience segments using subscriber, behavioral, engagement, and content consumption data.

  • Implement personalization and dynamic content rules to improve customer relevance and engagement.

  • Ensure audience eligibility, suppression logic, and targeting requirements are accurately configured.

Troubleshooting & Platform Operations

  • Investigate and resolve campaign, segmentation, delivery, and deep-linking issues.

  • Monitor campaign health and delivery performance following launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Content, Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to support feature launches, promotional campaigns, live events, and subscriber engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate campaign requirements, assets, timelines, and approvals across stakeholders.

  • Communicate campaign status, launch readiness, and performance updates to internal teams.

Performance & Optimization

  • Support campaign reporting and analysis efforts by monitoring engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.

  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives to improve messaging, creative, timing, and customer experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and operational efficiencies.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development of lifecycle marketing best practices, QA standards, and operational workflows.

  • Help document campaign processes and support scaling lifecycle operations as FOX One grows.

  • Recommend opportunities to improve execution speed, campaign quality, and customer experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or similar CRM platforms.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, engagement, retention, re-engagement, and winback strategies.

  • Experience creating and managing audience segments using customer data, behavioral insights, and event-based triggers.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative platforms.

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with demonstrated experience QA'ing marketing campaigns prior to launch.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across marketing, product, design, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, GA4, or Tableau.

  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience working in subscription, streaming, media, sports, or entertainment businesses.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and messaging QA.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-126,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
