The Contractor Advisory Service team is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join this highly specialized group in providing proactive consulting services and escalation resolution to our clients as well as supporting the company’s most impactful initiatives.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will accompany our customers at various points in their ServiceTitan journey, in tandem with collaboration across our business including teams such as: Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success, to deliver extraordinary outcomes.
This role will act as a team leader, overseeing assignments and designating tasks to junior members along with reporting on and tracking overall progress. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication, have the ability to solve complex client cases with minimal supervision, and meet resolution with a sense of urgency.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with a mix of, but not limited to, medium-to-high complexity clients and projects to resolve issues which may include conducting single- or multi-tenant account audits, optimization analysis, advanced product adoption implementation, and operational consulting
Work closely with and support Solutions Architects as they lead larger, more complex projects.
Conduct root cause analysis on significant or recurring product challenges which will yield innovative solutions, streamlined processes, training materials, and/or industry white papers
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve and/or drive change on any issues that arise while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
Assist in the customer journey by advising on sales product market fit, scaling onboarding plans for core product adoption and advanced feature sets, and driving customer engagement, ROI and best practice adoption with the Customer Success team
Accurately scope and propose SOWs, deliverables and success criteria for paid and non-paid engagements
Mentor and coach junior team members
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience OR Master’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience OR PhD with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience OR equivalent, relevant experience in the trades
Deep level of product knowledge across the entire platform including at least 6+ years direct experience working with the ServiceTitan product
In-depth understanding of ServiceTitan’s customers’ business and operational needs and priorities
Advanced Excel skills (xlookups, pivot tables, macros, etc)
Experience using Asana, SQL, Salesforce, QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop), Intacct, and GSuite
ServiceTitan Certified Administrator (STCA) certification
Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25-50% of the year
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong project management skills - monitoring assignment progress, determining actionable paths to completion, and set and hit target timelines and hours spent
Effective resource management
High emotional intelligence
Evident executive presence
Ability to take ownership and act as a high performing individual contributor as well as a high performing mentor and leader
One or more of the following certifications (highly recommended): PMP, CMA, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar
Prior leadership experience is recommended
Ability to strategically consult on change management

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $103,400 USD - $138,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.Top Skills
