Basic Function

The Senior Solutions Architect partners with the sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, CMOs, and other senior business leaders. Leveraging deep digital banking expertise, strong presentation skills, and consultative pre-sales experience, this role helps articulate and differentiate the unique value of our platform. By aligning solutions to client needs and strategic goals, the Senior Solutions Architect plays a critical role in influencing buying decisions, driving adoption, and expanding our footprint within client organizations. This is a highly collaborative, team-oriented role with significant internal and external visibility — SAs regularly co-present on deals, contribute to product feedback, and work closely alongside sales representatives throughout the full prospect engagement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging technical product demonstrations, presentations, interactive workshops, and webinars tailored specifically to client needs and executive-level audiences.

  • Assist in the sales cycle from discovery to signature along with the Sales Executive, to ensure prospect requirements are met.

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify prospects, develop demonstration criteria, build effective proof-of-concepts (POCs), and support strategic deal closure plans.

  • Ensure completion of assigned sections of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by the RFP team, collaborating cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate, compelling, and timely responses.

  • Assist in optimizing a centralized database of standardized RFP responses to improve response quality, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Lead pre-implementation planning efforts by gathering requirements from prospects, coordinating with internal Product and Development teams, and clearly defining detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Channel teams to align product demonstrations and strategic messaging with broader go-to-market objectives.

  • Continuously develop and maintain deep product expertise and industry knowledge, proactively identifying opportunities to demonstrate value and competitive differentiation.

  • Provide strategic market insights and feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on client interactions, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

Position Specifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in professional presentations, with a focus on delivering technical product demonstrations to executive-level stakeholders required.

  • Extensive experience in the digital banking domain with credit unions and/or banks required.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or pre-sales role required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the RFP process, including structure, requirements, and evaluation criteria to ensure accurate and timely responses

  • In-depth knowledge of project scope and objectives, with the ability to clearly define deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities within the SOW

  • Knowledge of Digital Banking Solutions, Third Party Integrations, and Core’s

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to solve complex business problems

  • Solid knowledge of software and infrastructure security, with expertise in cloud security, risk management, and compliance

  • Strong drive to contribute to business success and adapt to evolving challenges Experience with HubSpot (CRM) preferred; familiarity with Loopio, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom a plus
