Plans and leads complex connectivity and software release projects, coordinating engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers. Owns schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, resources, budgets, documentation, and mitigation plans. Facilitates design reviews, resolves technical and allocation issues, improves project management processes, and trains teams on project tools. Influences cross-functional decisions while managing vendor relationships and competing priorities.

Responsibilities
- Develop System SW Release planning for the overall product on an annual basis
- Lead project planning for connectivity projects; oversee execution and resolve issues
- Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently
- Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively
- Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed
- Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans
- Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features
- Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years experience in technical project management or related field
- Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software
- Knowledge of complex software systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Team-oriented work style
- Leads complex, multi-team projects independently
- Develops and executes strategic project initiatives
- Manages critical supplier/vendor relationships
- Drives cross-functional process improvements

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - 169,000 per year and reflects multiple levels within the role. Final level and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
