Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
Must have:
- Strong backend engineering background
- Hands-on experience with Golang
- Experience working with LLMs (integration, API usage, building solutions based on language models)
- Fluent in both Russian and English
- Customer communication, code review, defining coding standards, converting business requirements into technical solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python
- Knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning
- Experience building and maintaining high-load systems
- Experience with microservices architecture and API design
