You will contribute to the design, development, implementation and service operations support of the different solutions and relevant use cases for Digital Manufacturing applications.
How you will contribute
- Engage collaboratively with manufacturing business stakeholders, translating their requirements and challenges into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
- Ensure that manufacturing delivered solutions and services are optimized to meet business demands.
- Support the DSF service operations by contributing to strategy, plan, measures, reports and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions.
- Identify solutions, evaluate them, collaborate with business and follow-up on different business requirements; it requires to work with project resources to contribute on design, collaborate, and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including code and design reviews, to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software and solutions.
- Provide training and continuous support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize DSF solutions.
- Work extensively with both internal MDLZ and external teams, including architects, business teams, playing a key role in project management for both new implementations and enhancements.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing products, ensuring their optimal functionality.

Education / Certifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Job specific requirements:
- Work in an international environment with some travel.
- IOT applications development knowledge, AWS design and services knowledge, development and implementation.
- Knowledge in AWS platform integration services with applications, other platforms and automation.
- SAP ECC/S4H Manufacturing modules (PP/PI, QM, WM, IM, PM) exposure or knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience in Manufacturing (CPG preferred) processes and systems.

- Demonstrated analytical thinking capability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English.
