We’re building a dev agent integrated with the Datadog platform to make developers more effective, by automatically fixing bugs, improving performance, patching vulnerabilities, and more.
We’re looking for a design-oriented frontend engineer to help us design and ship delightful user experiences for working with our agent.
What You’ll Do:- Build delightful UI and UX for our dev agent.
- Regularly talk with users to understand their needs and get their feedback.
- Rapidly design, prototype, and user test new features and improvements. Iterate quickly with early adopters, learn what works, and productionize it.
- Work with designers, PMs, and other Datadog teams to tightly integrate the dev agent with various products.
- You’re passionate about Generative AI and its ability to help software engineers be more productive. Bonus points if you keep up with the latest LLM developments and research.
- You ship fast, route around blockers, and are comfortable working with ambiguity.
- You love talking with users.
- You have great product taste and obsess over the details.
- You’re happy to do whatever’s needed to move a project forward.
- You may have been a founder or early builder at a startup.
