We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (B2C) to scale the audience and revenue of multiple cross-platform products. This role will report to Team Lead Marketing. 

In today’s highly competitive product landscape, solid social media strategy and execution are more important than ever. We are seeking a super-talented team member who can take responsibility for the social media channels operation of various B2C products. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Build social media communities across all the B2C products and different social media platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and manage seasonal social media and influencer marketing strategies tailored to global markets.
  • Content Ownership: Plan, execute, and oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring seamless alignment with brand goals.
  • Daily Engagement: Monitor and manage daily social content and implement strategies to foster community engagement and increase follower interaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to define seasonal content themes and ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, build, and manage relationships with influencers and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing and growing social media channels for B2C products, with a strong focus on building and maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficiency across major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter, along with a solid understanding of platform rules and measurement tools.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create compelling static and video assets using tools such as Canva, Figma, and Gen AI tools.
  • Native video editing: Ability to create social media content natively on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, and more.
  • Trend Awareness: Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and a basic understanding of B2C SAAS tools.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting to measure and improve performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
