We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead Duda’s AI SEO & Content Squad, this role focuses on leading Duda’s SEO and AEO solutions, helping customers build and maintain sites that are optimized for search engines and AI-driven discovery experiences. Through advanced analytics tools and intelligent automation capabilities, we empower customers to take efficient, data-driven actions that continuously improve visibility, content quality, and performance.

We are looking for someone who is excited about making a significant impact and taking strategic decisions based on collaboration, data insights, competitive research, and deep customer understanding ,and who is passionate about the transformation of search marketing driven by AI and eager to take part in this revolution.

What you'll do
  • Define and execute your squad’s strategy and roadmap based on company goals, customer needs, data insights, and competitive research.
  • Own the full product lifecycle of Duda’s AI SEO and content optimization capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives that help customers analyze, optimize, and automate actions that improve site visibility, ranking, and content effectiveness.
  • Lead (together with a technical team lead) and motivate an empowered team of engineers, QA, and product designers.
  • Define and monitor feature KPIs to measure impact, customer adoption, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and performance updates.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable plans for engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering large-scale projects involving different customer personas (Agencies, SaaS, SMBs).
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally with experience managing platform, infrastructure, AI-driven, or data-heavy products.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools to automate workflows, build prototypes, and accelerate product discovery and execution.
  • Experience with SEO/AEO tools, content platforms, analytics systems, marketing technologies, and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing), along with a strong understanding of growth metrics, is a strong advantage.
