Purpose of Position

  • We are seeking a Senior Social Media Associate to join our CASETiFY Travel team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be meticulous in your attention to detail. You are a self-starter and team player with the ability to quickly identify areas for improvement, creating procedures that increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. You have a proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships to support and fulfill strategic objectives.
  • Working closely with the Brand Director and Marketing Manager, you will support the day-to-day project management of social media campaigns for CASETiFY Travel globally and collaborate with various functional teams to advance global marketing campaigns to the next level

Job Description

  • Lead the day-to-day execution and platform strategy across key global travel channels (Instagram & TikTok). Own the social calendar, ensuring all posts align with the centralized marketing calendar.
  • Manage and optimize the global travel channels' content calendar and posting schedule, focusing on high-traffic times and platform-specific best practices. Track and manage timelines with accurate and current launch schedules.
  • Manage social media posting and closely work with the creative team on grid planning, ensuring a cohesive and premium aesthetic.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social performance metrics (ER, Views, Saves, Click-Throughs) to derive actionable insights for continuous content optimization.  
  • Responsible for all platform-native copywriting, ensuring the brand voice is consistent and culturally fluent.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on emerging platform features and viral trends (especially in fashion, travel, and design). Propose and execute quick-turn, trend-jacking content to maintain cultural relevance.
  • Key Performance Metrics:
    • EMV, UGC volume, ER, follower gain 
    • Traffic to .com

Requirement

  • 2-4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing social media for a high-aesthetic DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
  • Social media obsessed: live and breathe social media, be up to date with the latest social trends and best practices, and are the first to test new features when they launch. 
  • Deep understanding of cultural niches and aesthetic trends relevant to the Gen Z and Millennial fashion and travel community.
  • Proficiency in creating, editing, and optimizing short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) with hands-on proficiency with content creation and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or a similar video editing tool).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Associate position.
