As a Senior Social Art Director, you'll create social-first ideas people actually want to watch, built to drive clicks, conversions, and measurable performance. You'll concept and lead paid social creative across video and motion, partnering with editors, motion designers, and creators to deliver high-performing work at scale. Using storytelling, platform instincts, cultural trends, and emerging AI tools, you'll help shape repeatable creative systems designed for testing, optimization, and growth.
What you'll do as a Senior Social Art Director
  • Concept and develop social-first creative built for paid media performance.
  • Translate campaign strategies into platform-native storytelling, hooks, formats, and short-form video concepts.
  • Lead editors, motion designers, and creators through execution while defining campaign visual direction.
  • Build scalable creative systems and repeatable content formats across channels and audiences.
  • Partner with marketing and paid media teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative performance.
  • Use cultural insights, AI tools, and performance data to improve creative output and campaign results.

What you'll bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in creative, art direction, or social content development.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with experience creating high-performing paid social campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience attention across short-form video platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with editors, designers, creators, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative work, strong visual judgment, and social-first thinking.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 97,900.00 USD - 122,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
