Develops strategy and operations for the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization by building roadmaps, scalable processes, KPI frameworks, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations. Identifies AI and automation opportunities, builds productivity tools and agents, and partners cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives and improve business performance.

Supports general litigation and legal risk management across the business. Owns the engineering lifecycle, writes high-performance code, establishes testing and reliability practices, resolves production issues, guides technical roadmaps, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors engineers. The role requires expertise in object-oriented backend development, distributed cloud systems, automated testing, system monitoring, and technical leadership.

Conduct trade practice surveillance, support customer onboarding, prepare CFTC regulatory filings, maintain exchange policies, investigate potential violations, monitor market participation and underlying industry news, and provide rotational coverage during live market hours.

Lead design vision and execution for platform product areas, define long-term strategy, create reusable patterns and design systems, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor designers, and deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences from concept to execution.

Provide strategic legal support for DKeX and related exchange/clearing initiatives. Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations; draft and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance; support regulatory filings and rule submissions; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams; monitor regulatory developments; manage outside counsel; and develop scalable legal guidance and processes to enable compliant product development and operation of a regulated prediction markets marketplace.

Lead delivery across multiple engineering and product teams, plan and track key initiatives, surface risks and dependencies, strengthen Agile practices, use metrics and OKRs to improve predictability, and communicate status to stakeholders to ensure on-time launches.

Lead AI security strategy and guardrails, design and review AI gateways and tooling, scale InfoSec review processes, reduce AI-driven security noise, drive remediation and investigations, and mentor security and platform engineers.

Lead procurement strategy and a team supporting Technology & Product. Partner with senior leaders to source and negotiate enterprise software, cloud, AI, and technology services. Develop commercial models, drive vendor consolidation and license optimization, apply analytics to sourcing decisions, and manage contractual, regulatory, and third-party risk while promoting procurement standards across the enterprise.
