The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our spinal cord stimulation business. This role will play a key part in enabling the sales organization through data analysis, Salesforce (SFDC) support, compensation administration, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

Sales Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.
  • Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and territory performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners.

Salesforce (SFDC) Support & Data Management

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Assist in creating and managing dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Support users with basic troubleshooting and ensure consistent system adoption.

Compensation Administration

  • Assist in the administration of sales compensation plans, including tracking performance and supporting commission calculations.
  • Help validate data used for compensation payouts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support documentation and communication of compensation processes.

Territory Planning & Sales Support

  • Support territory alignment and updates based on market data and leadership direction.
  • Assist with quota tracking and reporting.
  • Help maintain account and customer segmentation data.

Customer Contract Administration

  • Support tracking and organization of customer contracts, pricing agreements, and renewals.
  • Ensure contract data is accurately reflected in internal systems, including Salesforce.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams to maintain compliance and documentation.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and data workflows.
  • Help document and standardize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or similar role (internships included).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work with data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally for meetings as necessary (~15%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exposure to sales compensation, territory planning, or CRM administration.
  • Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or MedTech.
  • Basic understanding of contracts or pricing processes.
  • Experience working with global teams.
