This role is fully remote within the United States.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build the enablement function at Turquoise from the ground up. This is a founding role on the Sales team: you will formalize how we ramp new reps, keep the existing team sharp as they grow, and make sure the team always has the right story to sell what we're building. You will report to the VP of Sales and work closely with reps, Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing.

Qualified candidates bring a track record of enabling reps who sell complex, expensive solutions to multiple stakeholders, not just running onboarding logistics. If you know how to turn a tangled sales motion into a repeatable one, and you're energized by building the systems that make an entire team better, we invite you to join our team.

Why This Role Matters

Turquoise sells a range of different solutions across multiple verticals, and our reps are closing million-dollar, multi-stakeholder deals with buyers who span multiple functions. That complexity means ramping a new rep well, and continuing to sharpen the team after ramp, is not a nice-to-have. This role owns that end to end: how we bring reps up to speed, how we keep leveling them up, and how we make sure product knowledge actually lands in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Own new hire ramp, partnering with the VP of Sales to formalize and continuously iterate on the ramp plan for AEs and growth associates.

  • Work directly with reps during ramp, through 1:1 feedback and coaching, to make sure they are actually ramping effectively.

  • Build and run the ongoing enablement motion for reps who are already onboard: look back at past deal and performance data, ramp time, quota attainment, win rate, and playbook or content usage, to diagnose where reps are falling short, and turn those findings into concrete training that produces results.

  • Partner with product marketing on new product launches: translate marketing language and product detail into language, collateral, and tools reps can actually use in a sales conversation.

  • Own and iterate on reports related to reps performance, sharing them on a regular cadence with leadership.

  • Work directly with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure ramp, ongoing enablement, and product training all stay aligned with where the business is headed.

  • Continuously refine how Turquoise enables its sales team as the product line, verticals, and buyer landscape evolve.

What you’ll bring to the role
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related sales leadership role

  • A track record of enabling reps who sell complex, high-cost solutions to multiple stakeholders and buyer personas, ideally including six figure deals

  • Experience building or substantially reworking a new hire ramp program from scratch

  • Comfort using data to diagnose team performance gaps and turn that diagnosis into training that changes behavior, not just content that gets delivered once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or marketing language into something a rep can use live in a deal

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, across multiple product lines and verticals, with priorities that shift as the business does

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds.

Bonus
  • Experience in healthcare technology, especially selling into healthcare systems or payers

Benefits
  • Competitive pay with equity options

  • Stellar health care plan options (Medical, Dental & Vision), with FSA, DCFSA, & HSA options

  • Company-sponsored disability & life insurance

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401(k) + 4% Matching

  • Fully remote work + flexible working hours

  • $750 work-from-home setup budget

  • Paid quarterly in-person co-working weeks

  • Quarterly $150 co-hanging stipend to meet up with coworkers

  • Monthly $100 health and wellness benefit

  • Generous paid family leave

  • Annual $1,200 learning & development stipend

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
