$80,300.00 and $205,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How you can make a difference:
- Develop high-quality sales coaches and build the foundation for coaching culture.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to improve interactions between Sales Directors and Sales Managers and Sales teams.
- Engage with Sales Managers to assess each team, current skills and competency gaps.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Work with Sales Managers to create an improvement plan that enhances their coaching capacity and impact on increasing sales.
- Perform follow-up coaching sessions to measure effectiveness.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Ten or more years of commercial strategic sales and sales management experience and sales leadership coaching experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Expert in the sales process, Enterprise sales methodology and sales tools; Strong presentation, business acumen and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Executive presence that can motivate and coach sales leaders to articulate team and individual gaps and remediation strategies.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Coaching certification.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Background in technology, telecommunications or internet-based services. Familiar with network and solution sales.
