Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on new business development and client growth. You will drive revenue, develop sales talent, and shape the future of our inside sales organization. We are looking for a leader who will coach the team to use best-in-class prospecting tools including GenAI. You will have the opportunity to build and grow a high-impact sales team, work in a collaborative and innovative environment, and make a direct impact on our company's success. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Middle Market Account Executives responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, membership, customer success) to optimize the sales process and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven success leading and coaching inside sales teams in Financial Services, Fintech, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • Drive sales strategy, set and achieve team quotas, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics and CRM tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
